I first worked with Harbor over 6 years ago to build my first dental practice. The experience was excellent. The team had great communication, great customer service, excellent follow-through and were very easy to work with. I worked mainly with Pete, Alex and David, all of which were excellent. However, what really impressed me is that we fast forward 6 years, I reached out to them recently because we were having an issue with the vent for our laundry services and I wanted to get the contact of the sub who installed it so we could have it looked at. We had quotes from local repair people with varying opinions on the issues and charging upwards of $6k to fix it. Alex and Pete both responded extremely quickly to connect me with David who took point on our build. David came out the next day to inspect the system and fixed the issue the same day at no charge. What incredible service this team provided, especially so long after our original business concluded.
